I, , hereinafter known as “client” knowingly and willingly enter into this agreement within Afrah Events US for the date of , and to take place at the venue , located at . Afrah Events US agrees to be at the above-mentioned venue at o’clock.

I, , agree to pay Afrah Events US the sum of $, plus a 7% service tax, with a 35% non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance is due one week prior to the event if paying by check or any electronic payment; if paying in cash, the remaining balance is due the same night before the start of the event, for the services rendered. as follows:

Note That: This contract must be signed within seven (7) business days of issuance. If not signed within that period, Afrah Events US may book the date for another client without liability.

TERMS and Conditions
  1. Cancellation Policy: Nonpayment: If the Client does not pay the remaining balance by the required deadline, the 35% deposit will be forfeited, and the Client remains responsible for the full remaining balance, plus any costs incurred by Afrah Events US due to the cancellation.
  2. Cancellation Policy: Client Cancellation: If the Client cancels, the 35% deposit will be forfeited, and the Client must pay an additional 15% so that Afrah Events US receives a total of 50% of the contract amount, since the event date was reserved exclusively for the Client.
  3. Marketing Use: Afrah Events US may photograph and/or record the event and may use such content for its website and social media marketing.
  4. Third-Party Use of Sound System: If any vendor (e.g., DJ, singer) refuses to cooperate with or use Afrah’s sound system, Afrah Events US is not responsible for any resulting issues or performance limitations.
  5. Vendor Approval: If Afrah Events US is responsible for entertainment and planning, any additional performers or planners hired by the Client must be approved by Afrah Events US.
  6. Gratuities: Any gratuities intended for Afrah’s team should be given directly to Afrah’s team leader.
  7. Parking: The Client is responsible for providing and/or reimbursing any required parking for Afrah Events US.
  8. Change of Location: If the event location changes, the Client must notify Afrah Events US promptly; additional travel or related costs may apply and are the Client’s responsibility.
  9. Force Majeure/Replacement: If Afrah Events US cannot perform due to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond its control (acts of God, weather, natural disaster, etc.), Afrah Events US will use reasonable efforts to provide a qualified replacement; if a replacement cannot be provided, Afrah Events US will not be liable.
  10. Damage & Liability: Afrah Events US will cover property damage it directly causes, subject to its insurance coverage. The Client and/or venue is responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to Afrah’s equipment or property caused by the Client, guests, or venue staff.
  11. Delays: Client-caused delays on the event day may result in overtime charges ranging between $300 to $600 per hour.
  12. Parking Reimbursement: The Client is liable for any parking fees paid by Afrah Events US on the event day.
  13. Entire Agreement: This contract represents the entire agreement between the parties and may only be modified in writing, signed by both parties.
  14. Venue Delays: If Afrah Events US is responsible for the full event and any delays or setup issues occur due to the venue (including a prior event running late, delayed access, or venue-related setup restrictions), Afrah Events US is not liable for any resulting delays or impacts to Services and scheduling.
  15. Arbitration: Unresolved disputes will be settled by final and binding arbitration under New York CPLR, held at the Law Office of Ramy H. Joudeh, located at 6915 5th Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11209.
  16. Binding Effect: By signing, the Client agrees to all terms of the contract, including all payment obligations.
